PPAI volunteer leaders and staff have done extensive research and testing the capabilities of ArtworkServicesUSA. In all blind test cases ArtworkServicesUSA did an outstanding job, providing good customer service and quick turnaround.

How do I submit the work?
The best way is to upload your art file onto the PPAI Art Studio website (www.ppai.org/artstudio). Work can also be submitted via e-mail (yourteam@artworkservicesusa.com ) and by fax (+1 360 397 1410)

Typically how long does that take?
ArtworkServicesUSA will return your order within 1 to 48 hours depending upon type & service level.

How do I know the status of my job?
The status of each of your jobs can we viewed online 24/7.

How much does it cost?
PPAI member receive preferred pricing with ArtworkServicesUSA throught the PPAI Art Studio website. A simple artwork conversion job is just $12.25. See rate information on site (www.ppa.org/artstudio) for specific pricing.

How do I pay for services?
Payment is made by credit card online via PayPal at the time the job is ordered.
PayPal is an online secure payment processor with over 86 million users. The online payment process is simple. Just click on the "online payment" link, and proceed to PayPal. Users have the option of creating their own PayPal account, or paying directly without creating a PayPal account.
